二、性能特點(diǎn) Features

   本機(jī)適合于方形鋼殼或鋁殼鋰離子電池抽真空泄漏檢測(cè)；

   This is used to test the leak performance for prismatic battery steel can or Al can;

   采用密封腔體在內(nèi)外有壓力差的情況下，如鋁殼或鋼殼有焊接不良，有輕微泄漏的時(shí)候，通過(guò)精密壓力傳感器檢測(cè)，檢測(cè)精度達(dá)到1Pa.或0.001ml/Min。

    Equipped precise press sensor with precision 1Pa.or 0.001ml/Min;

   機(jī)械手將電池放入定位板上，汽缸夾緊電池；

   Manipulator put batteries to fixing plate and then cylinder fix the battery;

   同時(shí)裝夾5只電池，同時(shí)進(jìn)行泄漏測(cè)試；

    Leak test for 5 cells at the same time;

   機(jī)械手自動(dòng)將測(cè)試不合格的電池自動(dòng)剔除到廢料盒中。

   Manipulator will pick out the unqualified ones to the waste collector;

三、結(jié)構(gòu)功能Structure and function

   本設(shè)備包含如下幾個(gè)系統(tǒng)：his machine includes the following system:

   1.電池定位夾緊系統(tǒng)：機(jī)械手將電池放在定位臺(tái)上，彈簧壓輪將電池壓緊。定位臺(tái)采用POM賽剛塑料，避免損壞電池殼體。

    Battery positioning & fix system: Manipulator put batteries to positioning stage (made by POM plastic which protect the battery from d     amage) and tightly fixed the battery;  

   2.電池殼沖干燥氣體系統(tǒng)：汽缸將抽真空腔體下壓，吸盤(pán)貼緊于電池盒上表面，電池盒內(nèi)的空氣沖干燥氣體（干燥空氣或氮?dú)猓?/span>

   Battery Can/shell drying system: cylinder pushes the vacuum tank down suction cup stick the can/shell       fill dry air to the inner p art (dry air or Nitrogen)

   3.機(jī)架系統(tǒng)：采用鋁合金框架結(jié)構(gòu)。frame: Aluminum alloy frame;

   4.控制系統(tǒng)：繼電器控制，真空電磁閥控制真空。

     Control system: controlled by relay, vacuum is controlled by vacuum magnetic valves;

   5.曲線顯示：時(shí)間-泄漏曲線. Curve show: to show time- leak curve;

   壓縮空氣：0.4～0.6Mpa（4-6kgf/cm2　?。?，每臺(tái)壓縮空氣的流量10L/min，使用率50％
